How buying labels work

Both thresholds must be met: Strong Buy ≥ $25.00 net profit and 40% ROI; Buy ≥ $10.00 net profit and 20% ROI; Fair ≥ $3.00 net profit and 8% ROI. Bad Buy is below those thresholds and can still mean a small positive profit. ROI is net profit divided by purchase cost including tax when enabled. These are estimates, not guaranteed sale prices or returns.

PokeScratch Editorial · Researched comparison, not a hands-on review · Updated September 27, 2026

Where this box fits

The regular Destined Rivals ETB pairs nine packs with a Team Rocket’s Wobbuffet promo and storage. It is an approachable format if you want both a sealed display piece and the option of opening a moderate number of packs.

The distinction that matters

Compare it with the regular edition, not a Pokémon Center ETB. For pack-first shopping, a 36-pack booster box contains four times the packs, but not four ETB accessory sets.

When to pass

Skip repeat ETBs when the storage and promo are no longer useful and a verified larger purchase has a lower checkout cost per pack.
