How buying labels work

Both thresholds must be met: Strong Buy ≥ $25.00 net profit and 40% ROI; Buy ≥ $10.00 net profit and 20% ROI; Fair ≥ $3.00 net profit and 8% ROI. Bad Buy is below those thresholds and can still mean a small positive profit. ROI is net profit divided by purchase cost including tax when enabled. These are estimates, not guaranteed sale prices or returns.

PokeScratch Editorial · Researched comparison, not a hands-on review · Updated September 27, 2026

Where this box fits

The regular Prismatic Evolutions ETB suits someone who wants an Eevee promo plus a usable storage box. Nine packs give it a different role from the five-pack Binder Collection.

The distinction that matters

Its Eevee promo is not the Pokémon Center-stamped version. Make the edition check before comparing the two ETB prices; the shared artwork and expansion name are not enough.

When to pass

If the binder is something you need and you want a smaller opening session, compare the Binder Collection instead. Neither product earns a better pull-rate claim merely from its packaging.

Specification source: Pokémon: regular Prismatic Evolutions ETB contents. Editorial notes do not imply a fresh market quote.
