How buying labels work

Both thresholds must be met: Strong Buy ≥ $25.00 net profit and 40% ROI; Buy ≥ $10.00 net profit and 20% ROI; Fair ≥ $3.00 net profit and 8% ROI. Bad Buy is below those thresholds and can still mean a small positive profit. ROI is net profit divided by purchase cost including tax when enabled. These are estimates, not guaranteed sale prices or returns.

PokeScratch Editorial · Researched comparison, not a hands-on review · Updated September 27, 2026

Where this box fits

The regular 151 ETB is the middle option for someone who wants packs, the Snorlax promo, and a box to store a growing set. Its nine packs make it more than a sampler, without the accessory-heavy commitment of the Ultra-Premium Collection.

The distinction that matters

This is the standard edition. The similarly named Pokémon Center box has eleven packs and an additional stamped Snorlax promo; do not use that edition’s market price to judge this box.

When to pass

If you already have the promo and storage, compare a booster bundle before paying for another ETB. The box is not automatically the cheaper way to open 151.

Specification source: Pokémon: regular 151 ETB contents. Editorial notes do not imply a fresh market quote.
